Are you all looking forward to seeing the new magazine Bears and Collections?

It's good to see Simon aiming a magazine in the right direction...at collectors instead of hobbyists.

I am still waiting for mine. When did you get yours Sandi?

This NEW magazine is only just going to bed now Kay...so the magazine won't hit the shelves at the newsagents until 11th October!

I've sent Simon the editorial this week and we have a half page ad appearing for Deck the Halls.

ATTENTION FULL MEMBERS:

Now although Deck the Halls is mini show, and a bit of an experiment which only includes nine artists, I will expect everyone else to add their Christmas bears to the BAO BLOG.

If you don't already have permission to post on the BAO BLOG and want to, please send me a photo of a bear that you feel best represents your work and I will arrange an invitation for you.

Trust me Sandi, I was thinking of Bear Creations. Is there a brand new magazine comming out called Bears and Collectables? What company is putting that magazine out. I must look out for it?:)

The magazine is from the same publisher as Aust. Bear Creations (Woodlands Publishing) and will be available at the newsagents. I'm not sure about subscription yet, as I am waiting for Simon to get back to me.

HEY thanks Sandi!  What a great idea for a magzine! I will keep an eye open for it! AND I already have my bright ideas for Xmas bears too. Are we going to have a Xmas swap again this year. It was sooooo much fun!

Thanks for the info Sandi. I will certainly look out for it. It sounds great, it will be nice to have a collectable magazine with the artist bears.

I will also be interested in buying this magazine when it comes out.
